Merely a collection of all the lab sheets online

If you don't want to keep printing out the blank lab forms and would prefer to have them all in one place in a bound format, then this is for you. But do not expect any other information. This might be helpful for people who are not actually taking the course: IT Essentials, although I'm not sure for what purpose since there are no answers. I sold mine right away.

Not a bad book, paper is really cheap and easy to rip. Got this at the teacher's request, and then we never opened it up. Has a lot of lab exercises I found useful, some I did not.

Great Book No Big Changes

The biggest reason I love this book is because it is the same book as the later edition that I needed for school only difference is the chapter name changed a bit but same stuff. What was added was some examples (lack of a better word here) my instructor didn't use those. I really hate spending tons of money on books and I like keeping the ones solely related to my field like this one

Okin, also author of Women in Western Political Thought ( LJ 1/15/80), here is concerned with the lack of justice experienced by American women in both the public and private spheres. Lack of justice in the private sphere of gender-structured marriage leads to a lack of justice in the public sphere of the work place, the professions, and politics. Marriage makes women vulnerable due to the devaluation of human reproductive work and the persistence of a traditional division of labor within marriage. Divorce compounds the problem since it results in poverty for many women. This is a strong study of the contradictions in a democratic form of government, but Okin's recommendations lack analysis and are not fully linked to the political and economic arena. Recommended for undergraduate and graduate collections.

Thought Provoking

Okin's works is sure to be a classic of Feminism. Although the book is now 22 years old, many of its observations hit home as much in 2011 as they did in 1989. Okin strives for a more gender-neutral, or even "genderless" (I know - is that possible? Critics may wonder, and the idea should be discussed) model of the family, in which neither man nor women bear a greater share or burden of unpaid family work, and in which public institutions make possible both men and women sharing in the rearing of the family. It is a bold and challenging feminist vision, no doubt very controversial in its demands, but sure to provoke meaningful thought and conversations amongst readers interested in the issues of justice in the family. Okin convincing argues that divorce, gender expectations, and the general male-bias of society makes it very difficult for women to attain fully equal roles with men. Whether nor not Okin has the answer to women's needs, her ideas are bound to evoke a deep and challenging response in the reader's thought.

The book moves quite fast, I did enjoy the quick read BUT the cliff hangers in these Kindle books kill me! I did already read part 2 that was released not so recently so that was a good read aswell.

Schaer worked two summers as a deckhand on the tall ship Bounty, and the churn of the sea powers the work in her impressive debut collection. These sinewy, taut poems move seamlessly between ocean and city and natural disaster as if all were elements of the same landscape. Entering this book means diving into a world where the speaker is both Odysseus and Penelope, struck by the world's beauty and ultimate callousness. In these poems, it is usually nighttime, and the atmosphere is appropriately ominous: buckles rattle as belts are removed and eyes watch a lover like "a pair of dark fish" as the "future clock of disappointment chimes." Though the verse forms are traditional, Schaer innovates through skillful linguistic play. The poems' strength and tension arise as the expected shapes shift and swell amid her surprising verbiage and vocabulary. Here, a lover becomes a "sweet locomotive" careening, "hunger/ sings the stridulant percussion of limbs," and the "sleepless alarm of instinct strung/ every nerve on a trigger of quills." Solitude and starvation seem inevitable. In Schaer's voluminous, shipwrecked world, everything is beautiful and no one is safe—it is from this suffering that song is created. About the Author

A - Oh a Wiccan, any day of the week, and twice on Sunday. But in this series our young, beautiful and amnesiac witch doesn’t have to choose!

Q - There’s a polyamorous theme to the coven series. Care to explain?

A - That’s the beauty of the Wiccan world: they’re open to love and passion in all its forms. These series have given me a lot of room to play. But let me tell you, I take my play very seriously.

Q - What order should I read the books?

A - The Silver Wood Coven series is numbered one through five, the Castle Coven series is numbered one through six, and the Magus Corps series is numbered one through seven. Although the Magus Corps series was the first one I created in the paranormal world of witches and warlocks, you can read the Silver Wood Coven series first with no problem at all!

Wow!

Well done, again, for the second installment in the Silverwood Coven series. The story picks up exactly where the first left off and you will not be disappointed in the road it this book takes you on. As I indicated in my review of the first book, I don't normally read a series because of my voracious book appetite, but this series simply takes you away and sucks you in very quickly. The author provides a fantastic narrative with enough detailed background to hook you in and keep you wanting more.

Summer, Michael and Troy are a great triad and they blend very well together. As another reviewer noted, this type of story line can often ruin a good read, but Ms. Hunter has conquered it in a tasteful, yet sinful sexy manner. A kidnapping, a rescue, two hot men who only want the best for their girl, steamy sex - what else could a girl want?

Again, we are left with a heck of a cliffhanger, but it's definitely well worth your time to get the series. I can't wait to download Book 3 to find out what happens next for these characters and will definitely be perusing the rest of her books!

Still not a fan of the Cliff hanger!! This book is a series and you will get the most from reading the 1st before reading this one.

Summer holds a power that the Templars want. Michael is ordered to bring her in but he also overhears a plot to destroy the Wiccan's at there annual winter gathering.

Once again, Michael saves Summer! By kidnapping her from the coven, the saves place to be is with him. Troy tracks them back to Michael apartment. After a rogue Templars attempt to get Summer, Michael confessing to overhearing the plan to destroy the covens.

Summer realizes she has feelings for both men and does not have to choose. Can Michael, Summer and Troy be together without having to choose one? Can Michael, Troy and Summer work together to stop the winter gathering? What are Summer's true powers?

Book 3 please!!

These characters are AWESOME!! I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed this series. I was a little hesitant cuz of the two guys factor which if done badly can be a killer to a book but it was very well done and you get emotionally invested in all 3 of these dynamic characters. Part 3 is coming out soon...I hope!!! cuz i'm waiting...waiting...waiting...LOL..buy it..you really won't be disappointed.
