This is incredible, and a must-have in every Pilates enthusiast's house. If you're ever having trouble figuring out what it is you're doing wrong/right EXACTLY in a given Pilates exercise/move, you've got it here. If you're looking for a way to progress more at home, this is for you. If you're looking to become an instructor, this is definitely for you.
Really, you can't go wrong with this. I keep it near me all the time when doing Pilates, just in case. It's like going to a foreign country and bringing a dictionary (or, alright, your phone, you know what I mean)

Too tiny a book but with excellent content

This should be a physically far larger book. Pages are literally quite small which detracts from the fabulous content. As if the publisher thinks that people are going to put it in a back pants pocket when working out. You'll definitely need reading glasses for this one.
But the content is excellent.
